The pattern shows you how to make this striking ruffle effect cushion cover with step-by-step instructions in simple text, accompanied by lots of close up photos. It shows you how to cut out the felt, make the ruffles and complete the envelope back.The pattern comes with measurement for both a 14" & 16" pad.
Each cushion uses approximately 2yrds of 54" wide felt.
