SKILL LEVEL: This pattern is EASY/BEGINNER. While this pattern might look too advanced for a beginner, it is not. First, the coat is unlined, which makes it a great lightweight coat and also simple enough for a beginner to sew. Secondly, my tutorial is a full color step-by-step photo guide to making the coat. I have the coat closing with velcro, but you could leave the coat open for a swing jacket or use buttons. Even the collar is fool proof.

MATERIALS: This pattern uses 1/2 yard to 1 yard of fleece depending on size.

Approximate sewing time: 30-60 minutes start-to-finish based on your sewing skill.
